Vagus nerve yoga helps you reclaim balance of spirit, body and mind by using tools of mindfulness, conscious breathing, and physical postures.
During our time together, we will use a variety of practices (Yin yoga, Kundalini, breath work, yoga nidra, hatha yoga, meditation, restorative yoga, essential oils etc.) We will also bring in dietary and lifestyle suggestions that can help to strengthen and tone the vagus nerve.
